Old Snowbasin Road at Sunset

FUNNY STORY about this shot; I parked and saw a guy putting his ice skates on and I asked if it would be OK to fly my drone for 15 minutes and get some cool video of his group on the ice. He said yes, and I started preparing to launch. - I'm flying, getting some great shots, and there is a certain guy looking up at the drone with mittens on, it looks like he is waving at the camera. So I'm thinking, cool, they are having fun with this, I get closer shots of him. I'll be sure to send them the video afterwards. - Well, it turns out that the guy I asked permission from, never told his group that I would be filming so none of them knew why this annoying drone was hovering nearby and disturbing them. The nice bloke waving at the camera was actually flipping it off and yelling at it. ha ha. Too bad he had mittens on. - Take note, when asking permission to film a group, make sure the person you asked actually tells the rest of the group so they know why some creep with a camera is following them around. - And that's the story of this shot from a year ago.
