By now if you follow me, you know I love doing my workouts with bands. You can do almost everything you do with weights.
What I love most about them is that you have resistance the whole time and they are much better for your joints. I have really bad pain on my elbows. I have both tennis and golfers elbow, and no I don’t play either of these sports . That’s what came to my mind when the doctor told me. I was like how could I have that when I don’t even play those sports. Lol
Well I actually got it from the type of work I do. Typing and using the mouse all day. It’s specially bad on my right arm.
But I don’t let that stop me from working out and reaching my goals.
You can really challenge yourself with bands. As you can see I am doing double bands for this exercise to add more weight. You can also increase or decrease the resistance depending on how far you place your feet away from each other.

Fasted Workout this morning,they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day not necessarily,try not having breakfast for your early morning workouts not only does it help increase HGH,Glucose,Cortisol which is suppressed during Feeding.
Fasting is a great Stimulus to HGH secretion it will help spike it in the morning but also there will be regular secretion throughout the day.
This method has worked for me and again may not work for everybody because every metabolic type is different but this helps burn fat and I really feel the strength increase when training,I say be a guinea pig and try it out.
This Mornings Workout nothing Fancy just good old fashioned Squats,Bench Press,Barbell Rows,Dips.
Side note-Bench Press slight arch in the back to protect the shoulders and wrists strong not bent placing the weight on the palms firm grip.
