We are home but desperately missing Kelowna and the @covelakesideresort We had the BEST time and literally enjoyed every single second of our trip. The resort was stunning and the view was BREATHTAKING! Seriously waking up to the lake outside of our window every morning was such a dream. We would get up, Make some coffee (The room’s have a Keurig machine in it which was SO great) and we would sit on the huge balcony listening to the birds sing and just enjoy life. There was two huge pools with a water slide which was closed due to the winter season BUT we were literally still filled with so many activities. We walked around the grounds, Skipped rocks on the lake, Watched a movie at the private movie theatre (SO cool), Dined at the delicious @bonfire_cove Went to the playground which had the stunning lake directly behind it, Walked next door to the nut farm, Explored the park down the road from the resort which was equally as stunning, They also had a putting green and a hot tub but we were so busy with everything else we didn’t have time to get to them. Guys...This place is amazing, Brook and I kept saying how weird it was because it didn’t feel like a resort or a hotel but like a second home. It was incredible and we CANNOT wait to go back. You guys, If you’ve been watching my stories then you know that @emeraldlakelodge is nothing short of spectacular. The views right off our balcony were truly breathtaking and so serene but my second favourite part was that there was no reception so that meant no cellphones.
