STEPS TO IMPROVED BODY POSITIVITY
✅refrain from saying negative things about your body to yourself and others;
✅refrain from saying negative things about others bodies in an attempt to make yourself feel better; ✅focus on the things you can control (ie: what you put into your mouth - both food choices and amounts & how much you move your body - both in & out of the gym); ✅stop abusing yourself with food and exercise (break the binge/over exercise and/or binge/starve mentally - PSA: if you EVER have a “coach” that promotes this type of behaviour FIRE THEM ) and; ✅learn to love the things about your face/body that make you unique! I spent so many years of my life defying my genetics and fighting being curvy. ♀️I was body shamed at a very young age by my very obese ballet teacher for not being over 5’8” and rail thin. This led me to believe that I would never be beautiful (I’m only 5’1” and developed breasts at 10 and always had a bubble butt). It wasn’t until almost 20 years later that I was actually able to let that go and just love myself. Don’t let anyone make you feel like you aren’t beautiful just the way you are.
