This couple were on fire( not literally ) but there was fire. We always try our best to Waaw our beautiful couples.. and even try something crazy. This was the first time even trying this properly so we are so happy to capture this image. Props have to go to our videographer Lee coz he had the dangerous job of spinning the fire stick.. cheers pal @oxwichbayhotel
Adventuring solo... yesterday I asked how you feel about adventuring alone, and wasn’t surprised by the number of people saying it scares them or they won’t do it
•
But if the idea of going alone is holding you back from doing things you want to do then I strongly urge you to try solo adventuring!
•
Start small, get yourself excited about it, think about the adventure and the freedom rather than any negative thoughts you may have. Make a plan, even if you don’t stick to it - but have something to follow and to fill your time
•
Every solo adventurer started somewhere... when I first wild camped alone I think I slept for about 10 minutes in total - I spent most of the night listening for sounds and trying to give myself a reasonable explanation for everything I heard! “That’s the tent rustling in the wind, that’s some sand blowing, that’s a bloody bear!!”
•
That was 3 years ago now, and these days I often get a better nights sleep in a tent on my own!
•
Adventuring solo is like any other challenge, once you’ve done it you feel amazing, and the more you do it the better you get at it! I promise you, once you realise you can do things alone it is the most freeing feeling ever!
•
I’ve become so comfortable with it that maybe this has now become a problem - I don’t feel like I need anyone, ever. I don’t wait for anyone. I’m spontaneous and very last minute. I bugger off at the drop of a hat without even asking people along. You’d think I hate people but I actually don’t, and shared adventures are awesome! But I’d never let waiting for others be something that holds me back
•
If anyone needs advice, help, or has questions about solo adventures then please feel free to dm me. I can’t promise a fast response, but I will get back to you and answer based on my own experiences

We were blown away by the beauty of the beaches on the Gower Peninsula in Wales. Every single beach there is absolutely stunning. The Gower is one of the loveliest stretches of coastline in Britain and it was the first part of the UK to be classified as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
We had a wonderful walk along the beach here at Oxwich Bay. We walked along the sands for about two miles and then back again. Walking is such a great way of reconnecting with your kids with no electric devices to distract anyone.
This is a classic shot of my two boys. The tween that’s too hip to handle and the gangly teen who’s so awkward you just want to hug him.
To find out more about visiting the gorgeous Gower, take a look at my new blog post. Link in my profile.
