Thank you for sharing your favorite quotes and reflections on chapter 6! Remember this book club is not linear. I’m going back to post some fave quotes from previous chapters. There is so much wisdom in these pages it’s hard to pick just one to share. You can also join the book club anytime and go at your own pace. I know that it’s hard to make time to read, Since time is always slipping away and we are all “busy” racing against time. However; I encourage all of us to study the sutras and learn about the stormy nature of our mind so we can find a more peaceful existence, more peaceful relationships and a more peaceful planet ☮️ This little beauty turned 1 month old yesterday and is growing fast. I am learning to see time in a different light... sleeping in the moment available..eating and relishing the moment available... sneaking in a yoga sesh whenever possible, reading a paragraph from #theyogisroadmap whenever I can, and more often than anything I find myself just kissing and smelling and cuddling and staring into Satya’s curious eyes. She is growing faster than she will ever grow. Every day something new happens and for the first time ever we experience a fresh fleeting moment. Let us celebrate life and remember that it’s all fleeting...all of it! .
