And I did that #physiqueweek “Zero to 60” again today. #Day5 Time-24:11, 20 lb. Strict Press, 12 lb. DB Thrusters and Push Presses, 8 lb. for 20 Turkish Get Ups, 5 lb. for the last 40 of the same.
#Day2 of #physiqueweek with @jillfit! Massive ‘Back in Action’ workout for time, 15 minutes total, complete as many rounds as you can within the time frame:
✅ 10 reps of Renegade Row
✅ 10 reps Walking Lunges w/ Bent Over Row (first time ever doing this combo, thank you Jill for this one!)
✅ 20 reps of Jumping Lunges (these burn the booty so good ) Results: I completed 4 rounds, 80 jumping lunges, that will do it to you!
After the brutality of last night’s #PhysiqueWeek Zero to 60 workout and Tuesday’s Back in Action workout, today’s #Day5 Jazzy Javorek wasn’t so bad. 10 minutes. Completed 7 rounds using 25# DBs. Don’t put the weights down during the round; only put them down to rest between rounds. ▪️6 deadlifts (I did RDLs) ▪️6 bent-over rows ▪️6 upright rows ▪️6 front squats ▪️6 push presses

It’s #Day1 of #PhysiqueWeek with @jillfit. Goal of the week: complete 6 workouts in 7 days. Today, we completed the “Zero to 60” workout.
✅ 10 reps of DB Shoulder Press (when executing think you’re cheering, yes!)
✅ 20 reps of Push-UPS
✅ 30 reps of Squats (or Hip Thrusts)
✅ 40 reps of Squat Jumps (this back to back combo of squats and squat jumps was killer!)
✅ 50 reps DB Push Presses (must be honest first time ever doing this, and did a dropset to reach 50. )
✅ 60 reps of Burpees (had to break up into 3 sets of 20). Workout total time 17 min 35 seconds! (The attempt is to complete this workout in 20 minutes, keep it moving!)
Much rather be on a beach somewhere but here I am ♀️♀️

Saturdays are #FamilyFitnessDays. For the 20s cardio session of @jillfit, I switched out doing battle ropes between #thehubs and #theprincess. Let’s just say, I won some and lost some...ok lost a lot more Ended the @1stphorm workout with running on the #dreadmill for cardio.
