The fruit was gently pressed, the juice remained on the skins for only 30 minutes, and then was fermented in stainless tanks. • An explosive nose of white strawberry, watermelon taffy, and hints of apricot make way to notes of mandarin orange, white peach, ruby red grapefruit, and wet stones on the palate.
