Je ne sais pas si je vais apporter quelque chose de plus.
Ce que je sais par contre, c’est que c’est la première fois que je vis la grossesse et le sport en même temps. ♀️

Enceinte de numéro , je ne pratiquais pas de sport. Alors c’est une première pour moi. •
En respectant les recommandations de mon suivi médical , j’essaie surtout de m’écouter et de respecter le rythme de ma grossesse.
J’essaie de suivre mes envies. •
La course, qui n’est pas contre-indiquée, je continue à en avoir envie même si je cours à une autre allure. Même si je ne vais plus sur piste. Même si je ne fais plus de sortie longue. •
Ces moments sont des moments privilégiés pour moi, où je partage quelque chose d’unique avec le bébé. •
Je ne sais pas comment se déroulera la suite. Alors j’essaie de m’arrêter à un moment à la fois, de profiter et de vivre. Savourer l’instant présent. •
