Thriftshops ✨ who doesn’t love ‘em? This is my latest little find in Paris from the @kiloshopfrance - pretending it’s still warm enough to wear loose tops! • Just think about how many pieces of clothing are currently circling this planet yes, it’s a crazy amount. So why support companies that have a huge enviromental impact (all the new resources, energy, water, chemicals, etc.) and are unfair to their workers, while you could be voting with your dollars by buying pre-loved clothes that already exist? So much unnecessary waste avoided • To be honest, I’m too tired to write an informative post about sustainable fashion & the importance of secondhand shopping, but I’ll be writing a blogpost about it soon! • • Also, IMPORTANT, I’m not gonna fool myself by swearing I’ll never buy from a #fastfashion brand again, because that would be lying. I probably will. But I’ll try to keep it to a minimum - and that’s an actual, realistic promise to myself.
