Recipe :- * For the Egg Patty - Grease a bowl with oil and place it over a pan with a low heat setting. Break the egg in the bowl, season it and steam it tell its completely cooked. Let the bowl rest in room temperature for 2-3 minutes and demould it from the bowl. (Don't remove it from the bowl when its super hot, it will disintegrate into pieces) * Now toast the Fresho Bread for 1-2 minutes and apply mustard sauce on the sandwich base bread. Put lettuce, followed by chicken salami, the egg patty that we created and favorite vegetables of your choice. Top everything with some pizza seasoning and its ready.
Serve it with some tomato ketchup or mayonnaise

I have this conversation almost every day:

Person: I can’t lose fat. I strength train 5 days a week. I run two days a week. I do cardio after every strength session. Should I add some HIIT?

ME: What about your nutrition? Tell me about that.

PERSON: I eat healthy.

ME: How many calories are you eating?

PERSON: Not sure. I think I am eating about (insert number) Calories

The focus above was on the workout piece and thinking there is something wrong that needs to be fixed, when the real issue is just not having a hold of nutrition.

No counting or tracking of how much is being consumed. -
And let me be clear here: you do not have to count calories in order to lose fat, but make no mistake, calories still count. They always will.

Look, if you are happy with your progress and you are not counting calories, then keep going. Keep doing what works for you.

But if you are not happy with your progress, then instead of adding more exercise to an already packed exercise week, it’s time to look at what matters most: Your nutrition.
