Happy Wednesday my friends Recently I find it really satisfying to photograph my savoury meals. I'm still learning how to do that in an interesting way and I think it will take a while but I'm happy I started to like it. I told my lunch today: 'You are not a cake but you are beautiful too'. These were dehydrated cashew, coconut and poppy seed crepes stuffed with hummus, veggies and greens. And I have proof that I don't live only on cakes and smoothies
If you want to try the wraps the recipe is simple:
In a high speed blender mix:
70g soaked cashews
140g young coconut meat
100g water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp psyllium husk powder
When the mixture is perfectly smooth add 1 Tbsp poppy seeds and stir well. Spred 5 round crepes on the non-stick dehydrator sheets and dehydrate until dry but still flexible.
Great with both sweet and savory stuffing. .

Ingredients -
1 Haas Avocado
1⁄2 Roma Tomato, chopped
1⁄4 Cup Diced/ Chopped Organic Red Onion (Or Onions to taste) Cilantro
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin Jalapeño Pepper to taste Himalayan Salt to taste Lemon Juice to taste.
Directions-
Add all ingredients to large mixing bowl. Blend well. Serve fresh

Не съесть холодец в Новый Год, считай, год пролетел впустую.

В моем детстве, холодец всегда готовил папа, любил он заморочиться с ногами. Да и по всем мясным делам, отвечал он.
А мама, к моим семи годам, уже была вегетарианкой, поэтому она была ответственна за «Зелёных»! Салаты, соленья, различные закуски, тушеные овощи, всё готовила она.
Что касается меня, то моей задачей было приготовление салата «Оливье». Почистить отварные овощи, нарезать их кубиком с помощью девайса в виде сетки из металической проволоки и стеклянной банки, и заправить всё жирным майонезом. Ох, как вспомню

Мог ли я подумать тогда, что это станет моей профессией и вся моя жизнь, будет крутиться вокруг еды. Хотя, впрочем как и у всех.

Еда - самая сильная зависимость у людей, и пока, мы с удовольствием уплетаем очередную булочку или хрустим чипсами (где-то радуется олигарх), не замечаем, как система нами управляет

А ведь может всё быть наоборот, стоит только включиться и выйти из системы!

Не будь овощем, лучше ешь их!
