این چالش چاقی، لاغری، بیکینی بادی یا اسکینی بِچ نیست. رژیمی هم در کار نیست. چالش برای سالم تر خوردن و سالم تر زندگی کردن هست. تو این چالش ما رسپی های خامگیاهخواری براتون میزاریم. و شما نسبت به شرایط خودتون و علاقه تون کم ، زیاد و یا حذف میکنید. در واقع یه نوع کمک و راهنمایی برای شماست تا بتونید این روش تغذیه رو تجربه کنید و باهاش بیشتر آشنا بشید. اگر بیماری خاصی دارید و دارو مصرف میکنید حتما با پزشک متخصص تون مشورت کنید و به هیچ عنوان بدون اجازه پزشک داروهاتون قطع نکنید.

So you want to eat raw but don’t know exactly what to eat and how much to. Raw foods are uncooked. If heat is added, it’s from a dehydrating at a debatable temperature (104-118F) which will keep nutrients and enzymes intact. So the foods you are left with are fruits, most vegetables, raw nuts/seeds, sprouts, algae, and some dehydrated and dry frozen superfoods. Basically it is a produce based diet. No other animal on this planet cooks their food. They eat foods available to them based on their nature-given physiology. Here’s a solid foundation of how I recommend eating through your day if you’re not sure how to start ⬇️

Lunch: Fruit meal or big smoothie or big salad
Dinner: Big Salad or Raw gourmet meal
Snacks: Just Fruit
