That was followed by these 3. I always struggle to pick a favorite between Richebourg and RSV. Why choose? DRC Richebourg 01. Cool nose of rhubarb, strawberries, stems. Cool fruits, very linear and restrainted. A wine royalty. DRC Richebourg 07. A touch more stemmy but so sexy and complete on the palate. Candied raspberries with silky fine tannins. Lovely now. DRC Richebourg 09. A touch more muscular and compact with super fine tannins. Lots of stuffing that need decades more to unfold its magic. Don’t touch them.

Clos Saint-Jacques 2007 du domaine Armand Rousseau ou Richebourg 1991 du Domaine de la Romanée Conti ? Quand un crack du vin remonte de sa cave les bras chargés, on salue les deux !
