Alhamdulillah diberikan kesempatan untuk involve sesi sharing dalam Program Smart Runner Running Clinic yang dianjurkan oleh Perangsang Selangor, Clever Speda dan kerjasama dari FSR UiTM pada sabtu lepas di dataran kemerdekaan Shah Alam
.
Banyak perkara yang dapat dikongsi dan dibincangkan seperti kebaikan running dalam konsep kesihatan dan kecergasan, perkara asas seperti running gears termasuklah pemilihan kasut yang sesuai mengikut jenis arch dan pronation kaki, perkara yang perlu dielakkan sebelum berlari, teknik warm up+stretching+cooldown sebelum dan selepas berlari dan perkara yang paling penting iaitu basic strength+mobility training bagi mereka yang bergiat aktif dalam sukan larian
.
Tqvm kepada semua peserta yang hadir, urusetia yang terlibat, bekas lecturer Dr Hosni yang memberi kepercayaan untuk bagi talk dan juga beberapa rakan yang datang support . Running is when both feet are in the air, this is the flight phase. ✅You want to increase time in flight by pulling foot off ground as body falls from running pose.
❌Reaching lifted foot grounds you, foot lands ahead of body, acting like a brake absorbing impact while waiting for rest of body to catch up.
✅You want to keep up with your body, pulling in response to ground contact as gravity lands lifted foot.

He came to the runrx clinic last weekend and told me “I hate running, it always hurts”. By the end of the clinic he was ready to hate running less, and now can add skill practice to stay pain free.✅

❌He is pushing off his back foot, extending knee, body travels up, working against gravity vs falling forward ❌Back leg will travel back, using active hamstring and lifted foot will reach as counter response, slowing down run and increasing impact
