BUT i can’t totally say that the products caused the breakout since I’m on a trip (I just got home ) for 6 days hehe. ✨ REJUVENATING KIT INGREDIENT LIST ✨ A lot of you are asking about this kit’s ingredients and I think it’s time for me to share this with you! ☺️ #ScienceSundays I’m doing this for you to know and aware what ingredients are used. This post could help if you have known allergies and some sensitivities. I made the table as simple as possible. Hehe, for example, both toner and serum have ethanol in the formulation and all products in the kit contain aqua/water/H2O. This post might become a little bit technical (in terms) but I hope you’ll still find this one helpful. Let’s start from here: Aqua - universal solvent Sodium coco sulfate - same with SLS (Sodium lauryl sulfate) as they are both synthetic detergents and is used as foaming agent. The cleanser can be a little bit drying and this is because of this ingredient. Cocodiethanolamide (foaming agent) Butylene glycol - used as viscosity-decreasing agent. Propylene glycol - helps actives penetrate the skin Lemon Fruit Extract - natural antioxidant vitamin C; uplifting citrus aroma Tomato Fruit Extract - antioxidant; offer greater effect when combined with other antioxidants (synergism). That’s why fruit extracts of Lemon and Tomato were added. Hyaluronic Acid - keeps collagen synthesis up (prevents fine lines and wrinkles) CI 15850 - colorant lol Carbomer - helps distribute or suspend an insoluble solid in a liquid; also improves texture of the product Triethanolamine - balances products’ pH levels; improves spreadability Steryl alcohol and Cetyl alcohol - these alcohols are fatty alcohols. So not confused these with bad alcohols. These fatty -OH are not irritating, emollients (protecting, moisturizing, and lubricating the skin) and thickeners. Shea butter - moisturizer; lightens skin Glycerin - humectant (works to moisturize skin by drawing water from the air into the skin’s outer layer — to prevent moisture loss) Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate - great sunscreen ingredient; absorbs, reflects, or scatter UV rays; protects the skin from sunburn and other damaging effects of the sun. #FairPeauReviews : [continuation in the comment section....]
