This is the most common mistake between sales people
Make a Rule that you always get an answer, because if can’t get people answer your questions you can’t close them !
If you ask for name and you don’t get answer , keep on asking until you have the answer !
If you cannot control asking the question and getting the answer , you are in trouble . Selling is about control and communication.
People that don’t talk to you , don’t buy from you ! Mistake 6- Avoid asking questions (Afraid or Shy of asking question ) ♀️Oh , how do I ask about budget -Is non of my business ! how is can ask why today ? Guys, its just in your head ! if you want to help someone to buy , if you want to close the deal – You need to know those things !
Otherwise you cannot do your job !

You jump to the price even before determining if the product satisfy client’s needs

What can make you successful Salesman?

I’ll write main points as per my experience and if I missed something you are welcome to complete

1) Knowledge of the product, you cannot sell something without knowing its features , advantages and benefits
2) Attitude- a bad attitude can ruin any sale, even if this customer just need to enter your shop and pay. If you have a bad attitude- he will leave
3) awareness of what you are doing. I mean that, you need to be fully aware at which stage of sales you are and what is going to be next step
4) be prepared- you need to know answered on overcoming objection and what’s the best way to answer. You need to prepare your product for presentation- it should be cleaned /charged , overall it should be functional! Otherwise you will have to blush on demonstration.
5) follow up - always follow up and don’t give up, after first rejection
6) understand rejection and don’t let this make you sad or Demotivate you !
7) sales studies- I think if you chose a profession, you need to have basic knowledge about it, you cannot become a doctor without 7 years university. Why you think that a successful sale career doesn’t need studies ?
8) inventory your time- as time is money .

The buyers insistence
It’s very strange but a lot of sales trainers and myself as well, noticed that as more the client insists that he won’t buy, the more likely he will!!!
You know why is that?

Why would someone insists on something he don’t want ? Something that he don’t care ♀️
Of course, he wouldn’t!
.
If you don’t care about something, you just leave it ! You don’t try to prove that you don’t need it ..
.
Think of it
.
If you don’t like a pair of shoes, you don’t take it and go to the sales person and don’t insist that you will Not buy it !
It doesn’t make any sense
.
So, the note client insist the more he cares about your product, the more likely he will buy it

Why we should pay for knowledge?

Even if I’m sharing my knowledges for free, I truly believe that if you want to see results you need to pay for it.

Why?
.
First of all because, it’s human nature, We don’t appreciate free stuff, it doesn’t have value= it’s for free ♀️
How many times you read a book who someone just have you or send you in soft format ?
I’m pretty sure, there is more chance that you will read it, IF you will Buy it!
.
A good example are trainings that our managers and pushing us to attend. It’s not something we decided we need to learn, is our boss who think it’s important.
But if I spend money on it, than is another story. I choose it, this trainer , this book or topic.
.
I even noticed it from my staff, they don’t want to learn things that I’m trying to share with them, even tho I’ve spend more than 10000$ for my studies in sales.
.
Another reason is, you need to give something in exchange on goods you received. It’s a normal thing, you pay 5$ for a coffee , you don’t take it for free ♀️
Same here- you need to pay something back to the person who shared something usefully and important with you !
