We tried so many good restaurants while in Rome, but nothing compares to Pietro Valentini @ristorantepietrovalentini ... a little hole in the wall in a very unassuming street. Instead of a menu, our hostess, Simona, let us know their specials, which her husband is preparing in the kitchen. Not one word of English was exchanged between us, just Italian.
Simone’s energy is contagious and she make us feel like family.
