**New Brewery (kind of) Alert!** So we were driving in the SDSU area of San Diego when we saw that @blackmarketbrew opened a new spot!! So I turned us around and we stopped in to check it out. Continuing in the East Village/post Padres game series, Duck Foot is a cool place to stop after a trip to Petco or when you want to enjoy the day downtown. Duckzilla double white IPA and Hop ‘em Sock ‘em IPA were my go to. I love the artwork on all their stuff. Also @duckfooteastvillage please add the Curry to your menu!! We had a little taste and it was delicious.

I made a solo day trip to Beeramar and had to stop at @alesmithbrewing. The beer was delicious as always, and I had the best cubano sandwhich from @simplyfreshsd who had a food truck there. The Luped in IPA was the perfect choice to complement it. I didn’t realize they had a Tony Gwynn exhibit inside, so that was a cool thing to see. I’m not sure how big Alesmith is outside of California, but if you see their stuff try it.

Had a great time checking out Stonewall Peak with family and new hiking beer buddies. Always fun checking out new places and bringing along delicious beers.
