When I was 11 my dad took my sister and I on a hike to some cold high mountain lake, and I remember 3 things about that trip. 1st I remember being tired of hiking! 2nd I remember hiking down a waterfall, a small one but I member thinking how impressive it was. 3rd I remember finally making it to the lake, we were hiking up and up and up and I kept thinking, shouldn't we be hiking down into the lake?! But then I saw it, right at eye level! I was AMAZED! The fact the top of a lake could be level with my head blew my mind! It seemed like the lake should be flowing right down over me! How the heck was it sitting right there in the side of the mountain like that?!! And ever since then, I have loved hiking into mountain lakes!

I made these little pieces in my pottery class to make into earrings! Now I need to add posts to the back...but I'm not entirely sure how to attach them. Any glue/adhesive recommendations that are reliable for this type of project? Please comment below! ✨
