''That is not death which can eternal lie, And with strange aeons even death may die.'' Finally getting to this beautifull Graphic Novel, illustrated and adapted by I.N.J. Culbard. First published in 2010 and 2014 and for the first time collected in this gorgeous Hardcover. It contains 4 classic H.P Lovecraft stories. The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath, The Case of Charles Dexter Ward, At the Mountains of Madness and The Shadow Out of Time. I am not the biggest fan of Lovecrafts dream cycle but maby i like The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath more with these visuals. The case of Charles Dexter Ward is set in Lovecrafts hometown Providence and is a cool short horror story. I am most curious about At The Mountains of Madness a fantastic atmospheric tale on Antarctica where an expedition goes terribly wrong. Does it contain Great old ones? You damn right it does ! It connects many of Lovecrafts great stories like The Shadow over Innsmouth, The thing on the Doorstep and The Call of Cthullu. I also hope to understand The Shadow Out of Time a bit better, its considered a classic but went a bit over my head when i read it. All in all i think i will have a good time with this one, i love the comic style in this one. It reminded me a bit of the french comics i grew up with like Tintin. Have a good one today !

I have just finished 'Batman: Hush' but Jeph Loeb which was a pretty great story with an all star cast of villains and superb artwork... Now it's time to start Bryan Lee O'Malley's 'Seconds'.
