What are Vacations Made of? - My idea of a great Vacation is made up of Good Times, Great Friends and Unforgettable Memories. . In our last trip to LA, we had such an awesome time there with the company our Friends, @ng_rong_rong and @jonsng81 . . That was because, we had so much fun in Disneyland, we didn’t have to deal with jetlags and Long queues, weather was great, food was good and how can I forget our stay at the Beautiful @waldorfbevhills (you should Swipe to see some beautiful pictures and videos of this stunning property). Fast forward, 6months, we are now just one sleep away from checking ourselves into the legendary @waldorfastoriashanghai with our friends @imcreamed and @Patsy_ong . I am certain this will be another Wonderful Vacation made up of Good Times, Great Friends and Unforgettable Memories. I am quite certain of that.

She mentioned that she likes to entertain people and make them smile. . That’s it! It opens up a whole new world of possibilities when she realised that making others smile makes her happy too. . As for Georgia, she loves fixing things around the house and she wants to “invent” things. A big word for a 4-year-old but it’s absolutely possible. . Kids are new to the world, with no preconceived notions of what can be done. Everything and anything is possible. When it poured yesterday and continued to rain this morning, we knew it was going to be an AMAZING #SpartanRace because it’s going to be all mud and mayhem! - L was actually quite nervous before the race, but felt better knowing that Daddy @statriz is going to run along with him. I waited at the start/ finish point after the flag off and tried to envision how L will cross the finish line - will he complain that the obstacles are too tough? Will he say he’s too tired? Will he choose to give up halfway coz he hates being dirty? - 20 mins later, I saw daddy and him running towards the huge tub of muddy water at the finish point. When I caught his happy smile and twinkling eyes as he waddled his way towards me, I know he DID it! He might have fell, he might have asked for help, he might have gotten stuck at obstacles, but he DIDN’T give up. The first thing he said to me when he received his finisher medal, “Let’s go do it again, mummy!” - We were all dirty, sweaty and muddy at the end of the race (I lost my sandals to the mud a few times and ended up walking barefoot), but we wouldn’t trade the experience for anything. - He went around shouting Aroo the whole day and told me he wanted to wear the medal to sleep at night and bring his medal to show his friends on Monday. - To see how he transformed from a nervous little chap before the race to a rugged boy brimming with joy and confidence at the end of the race is such a great reminder for me to step out of MY own comfort zone and just GO FOR IT when opportunities come knocking (no, I’m not talking about joining the Spartan Race myself though )! @spartanracesingapore #spartanrace #spartanracesg #spartankids #spartankidsrace #spartankids2019

Road to @nabbasingapore. Still 18% body fat but training has been helping me to build more muscle. Trainer from @dennis.gym keeps telling me it will come back because muscle memories. Well it has been 6 weeks, either I am just weak and fat, or my muscle has gone senile. . Please follow my journey of getting back to the physique to compete.
