It’s been about two years since I have leaned out and prepared for a show ♀️ I am going to be 3️⃣0️⃣ in 7 weeks .. which means something has gotta change ✌! Triceps have always been one of my favorite muscle groups to train and watch grow. When I was still 400+ lbs., my triceps were the first muscle group to really grow and become visible; or at least palpable. Lol.

As I’ve began leaning out, and learning how to more optimally target specific heads of the muscles I’ve really seen a lot of growth from them!

I’ve been consistently tracking my intake since before Christmas. Not that fast in my book. consistency over time is KEY. Yes everyones bodies are different and everyone has a different method that will work best for their own body- but at the end of the day It’s simple. if you’re willing to be consistent with dieting, training, nutrition and just put in the freaking work- results will come! #transformationTuesday
