i’m still kinda basking in ben’s glow. last night was so perfect. it was sandwiched with such good conversation that warmed my heart in the car to and from detroit. and then while we were there, we stumbled across this tiny little coffee shop that was beautiful and delicious (iced vanilla latte w/ oat milk yknow). and then! the ticket guy upgraded our seats for free (we love him). and i spent a lot of money on merch because that’s what you do. also the theatre was absolutely gorgeous and i need to go to more shows there. and then, yknow BEN PLATT. i’ve never heard such an effortlessly stunning voice live before!! he sang all our favorites and wore a solid outfit and also this boy has dancemoves and if someday i have a fraction of the confidence he has then i think i’ll be set. also i’m so thankful for maddie & her friendship & this trend of serendipitous concert experiences that we have going on. (i was thinking about making the caption short and sweet but then i was like? why? they need to know every detail)

Wow. I think I enjoyed it this time more than I did when I saw the tour just because our seats were actually better i thought. It was fun being front front row but I really liked being able to see the full stage and projections on the floor (Evans iconic snapchat everyone talks about omg). Andrew was insane and literally so heartbreaking but I will say I preferred Stephen just because you could tell Andrew was young and didn’t have aS much experience his singing and acting was a little off a lot of the time (still amazing though). You will be found was so breathtaking I literally couldn’t breathe the whole time i literally can’t explain how moving it was.
