Happy Sunday from rainy Georgia ——— Pictured: Dianthus ‘Chabaud La France’ + Dianthus ‘Chabaud Orange Sherbet’ ——— These Chabaud (carnations) are old-fashioned & date back to the early 1900s and native to the Mediterranean. I started these from seed last September and transplanted at the end of October and overwintered (I didn’t even use row cover). They began blooming about 5 weeks ago and are adorable.

Hungry little bottle baby, and a determined and hopeful dog. • Freya is trying to catch a stray drop of goats’ milk (it’s not @lagunitasbeer in that bottle anymore), but this little outcast lamb, affectionately named “Bunny” by our latest volunteer @goldenbreastmilk, doesn’t leave much to spare. •

Bremen Community Market this Thursday from 3-6pm at Depot Park I will keep this post updated in case we get rained out, but for it to hold off long enough {but not too long because rain is gladly welcomed here}. We will have mixed market bouquets and mini arrangements, and as usual the kids can start their own seeds to take home and care for and watch grow —— Thursday, June 6 @ Bremen Depot Park, 3-6pm
