>>Place one hand over your heart and the other over your belly.
>>Notice the feeling of the rise and fall of your breath.
>>Slowly bring your awareness to the inhale expanding through the belly.
>>Allow it to travel up through the ribs, and lastly into the chest and back.
>>Pause at the top if you can (coughing or discomfort may occur).
>>Exhale through the chest, the ribs, and lastly the belly.
>>Creating an ocean of breath, both in the sound and motion, like waves .
>>Close the eyes to allow yourself to feel more focused.
>>Continue with this practice for a minimum of 30secs per day, for 7 days and see how you notice a shift.

【用意するもの】
・洗濯のり 100cc
・食用色素 少々
・ハンドソープ 3プッシュ
・洗剤 大さじ2(アリエール・ボールド)
・大小の容器
・スプーン

【作り方】
①容器に洗濯のり100ccを入れる
②食用色素を少々加えて混ぜる
③ハンドソープを3プッシュ混ぜる
④洗剤大さじ2をゆっくり入れながら混ぜれば完成!

Adrenal glands (adrenals) are small, walnut-shaped glands that sit on top of our kidneys. They excrete over 50 hormones, responsible for helping us deal with stress, balancing blood sugar levels, regulating metabolism, blood pressure and hydration in the body.⠀

Ongoing stress experienced at work, home, in traffic and other everyday situations causes the levels of cortisol - our stress hormone - to be continuously elevated, over time this can lead to an over-stimulation of the adrenals and adrenal insufficiency (hypoadrenia). Its symptoms can be any (or a combination) of the following:⠀

Irritability⠀
Anxiety⠀
Tiredness⠀
Difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep⠀
