Wochenbettstation Tja und das war es für‘s Erste schon wieder. Ich war jetzt für 3 Tage auf der Wochenbettstation. Ich habe mich um Wöchnerinnen und Babys gekümmert. Gestern durfte ich mich sogar um ein Zimmer komplett alleine kümmern, da ich zusätzlich eine Praxisanleitung hatte. Das war echt cool, ich konnte meinen Fokus total auf die zwei Frauen und ihre Babys legen und war als Ansprechpartnerin den ganzen Morgen und Vormittag vor Ort. Eine Praxisanleitung läuft bei uns so ab, dass meine liebe Kollegin und gleichzeitige Praxisanleiterin zu mir auf Station gekommen ist und mich bei der Wochenbettvisite einfach beobachtet hat. Währenddessen hat sie mir auch ein paar Tipps gegeben und im Nachhinein gab es noch ein Feedbackgespräch, wo wir festgehalten haben, was ich gut gemacht habe und was ich vielleicht noch verbessern kann. Sehr gut hat mir gefallen, dass Sie mir einige Begriffe und Wortlaute mit auf den Weg gegeben hat, die bei den Frauen während der Untersuchung vielleicht besser ankommen könnte. ♥️ Bei den Frauen habe ich also morgens immer den Wochenbettstatus, Vitalzeichenkontrolle, Mobilisation und Stillunterstützung durchgeführt. Bei den Babys habe ich morgens die Temperatur und das Gewicht gemessen, ggf. die Sauerstoffsättigung gemessen, einen Hörtest durchgeführt, Vitamin K verabreicht oder den Kopfumfang gemessen. Außerdem durfte ich Alles komplett selbstständig dokumentieren.
