Sitting on a chair or on a couch or any way that involves keeping your knees flexed for long periods of time causes limitations, in the hamstrings, that are located in the back of their thighs, in this position they are contracted and consequently shortened. Combined with shortened hip flexors, these limitations will pull your pelvis to a tilted position later, contributing to having flat lower and a rounding in the lower abdomen.

This band exercise is my favorite to lengthen tibialis and also helps with mobility.
It is important to always keep your legs straight. Never flex.
10x each leg, for 3 sets.
