Let us introduce you to @mbotchzchi Today’s #competitor in the Spotlightght. Em took the IFBB Australia stage by storm this year making her Physique Debut at the O’mara Classic in Perth and wowed us again in Sydney the following fortnight. How long have you been competing? ~ Not long. O’mara Classic on 4th March 2018 was my 1st Competition as there’s no qualified category for me here in Jakarta, Indonesia. And then in the next 2 weeks after O’mara I joined the Australasia in Sydney, 18th March. That’s my 2nd Competition.

Scaling CrossFit is the only way to CrossFit!
The best thing about CrossFit is that it is absolutely for everybody! So regardless of your age, injuries, experience and even fitness level, you can do it and get the same out of it as your training buddy! What we do is scale. Scaling allows maximum efficiency for whatever level you may be at!
Warren is 76years old, and recently having started CrossFit. He is a keen athlete, making 1-3 sessions a week! Warren doesn’t WOD pick, and just comes ready to go with whatever the coach has programmed So on that topic, today’s workout was ‘Nancy’!
