“I’m not bringing value to people” - was the scariest voice in my head. Yes and no, another post what tells you what to do. Story about my latest biggest #transformation. I always think how can I help, how can I bring value to the person in front of me. Positively that how my life was until now. I lived my life of serving others and take care of someone else life. Literally I was assistant since I was 17. My old belief was “help others first - no matter what, be a good person... blah .. don’t be selfish” And I can go on and on. Around 24-25 desperately I felt call to go and do soul searching. Haha this not how I called it with fancy word but you got the point. “Find my purpose” was it, to be accurate. Thankfully, after attending Tony Robbins event #upw2019 (have you got there yet?), realization hit me hard next morning, when I was coaching my dear client. I got it what was that missing piece in my life I was looking for rashly. Me. I simply forgot to put ME first. All my priority values list started from family-friends-money and etc. There was no me at all, heeey isn’t that bananas? Well it was for me... Of course, I did not want to think that I was people pleaser, for all my life. However awareness is the first step. And actions is second. Now I make sure I put in my calendar me time more then I ever did. How about others you say? You are more helpful, useful, resourceful when you at your best. .
