Now here's a one two punch! Shout out to @bobgator1 for sending me photos of the Local Motion, which he owns. (Sorry Bobby if these are both your boards, it's been a while since you sent me pics!) I wrote up an earlier post on the Local Motion, which is a dope twin fin with an absolutely killer airbrush, as you can see. I believe the Lightning Bolt on the left is also a twinny, but I'm not certain. The Bolt was shaped by Tom Eberly and I'm guessing the board was made sometime during the early to mid Eighties. If you held a gun to my head I might tell you that I think the Local Motion is my favorite of the two, but I'd be stoked to own either one of these bad boys! #vintagesurfboard #vintagesurfboards #lightningboltsurfboards #twinfin #tomeberly #localmotion #shredsledz

Here’s a shot of a Herbie Fletcher quiver. Check out the two square nose boards. If I’m not mistaken the one on the right was shaped by Herbie under the David Nuuhiwa label. I’m also intrigued by the Bolt at the far right — wonder if this was shaped by someone other than Herbie. This is such a killer lineup of sticks!
