Some days I’m overwhelmed with the amount of tasks I have to get done and decisions I have to make.
I’m sure you can relate.
The only thing that keeps me from going completely insane is doing everything I can to reduce decision fatigue and lessen the amount of choices I have to make in a day.
For that reason, I outsource my training and nutrition to a coach.
I have the same morning and night routine.
I wear similar clothes every day.
I stick to eating mostly the same foods.
While being on autopilot might sound boring to some, I always like to say that structure leads to freedom.
Decision fatigue is a real thing, and if improving your health or physique is a goal of yours, it can even impact your ability to hit the gym and stick to your diet.
All day every day you are faced with an abundance of choices and endless options. From small ones like what outfit to wear or should we add guac to our Chipotle order, to bigger ones like should we take that job offer or buy that new car. And the more decisions you have to make throughout the day, while also trying to resist temptations like cookies in the break room, the more our willpower gets depleted.
While you may start off the day with the best of intentions, it’s easy to fall victim to temptation as the day goes on and you’ve had to make more and more decisions that deplete your mental energy.
If you’re struggling to stick to your diet or make exercise a habit, try these tips to help reduce decision fatigue so you can clear up some mental space in your mind and make better choices.

Improving flat feet!

Fallen arches, or flat feet, can alter the way you walk, run, and exercise. As the arches collapse, it changes the angle of the ankle, knee, hip, and everything else moving upward which can eventually lead to pain and discomfort in one or more areas. The feet are the building blocks so it important that they are moving properly so that the rest of the body can. This doesn't mean that flat feet aren't functional, but can be improved through movement and mobility exercises.

Rehab tips.
1. Lacrosse ball underneath the foot.
2. Arch raises.
3. Arch raises with resistance band with a slight pull away from the body to add tension and further mobilize the joint.

I was dragging and finally made it out of bed and there she was up not ready but keeping the promise she made to me that this summer she would do better with working out with me.
She has Asthma and some other limitations that stresses out her lungs during workouts so she has made it clear that the love i have for fitness clearly skipped a generation
She rather be sedentary
So i was blown away to see her up and at em.
She did 2 miles and i finished up my 3miles and she even said she might be open to doing this when school starts.
We had a blast.
The morning run/walk/jog with the ladies is always #awesome.
I'm one happy mama

Never miss a workout even on your vacay . Just kidding! I rarely workout while on vacation but today my baby girl forced me to. Other than the posing and the selfies I did some cardio and weights for an hour. So ending the day on a happy note

Last night I watched this documentary called 3100: Run and Become. It’s about a 3100 mile race that’s ran around a half mile New York City block. To say the concept floored me is putting it lightly. I can’t imagine circling a block for 3100 miles! During the movie, I heard the most amazing quote that I know you guys will all love as well:

“You Run because it’s a form of prayer. You’re speaking to Mother Earth with your feet. You’re breathing in Father Sky. You’re asking them for blessings. You’re showing them you are willing to work for those blessings.” .
I’ve never in my life heard another person speak to life exactly how I feel when I run. Those words touched my heart. Today as I ran with my favorite pup and my favorite guy I felt so incredibly blessed. Thank you Mother Earth and Father Sky for the amazing day. 90 minutes of sheer bliss. Happy Sunday my friends!!! If you want to build a rock solid core, you need to do the exercises that are not only going to target your core from all areas, but do so in a way that's is intense enough to stimulate a strong, muscular core. Crunches will only get you so far. Anti-rotational exercises like renegade rows and compound exercises are awesome and challenge the core to stabalize the spine, its main function. Other exercises like deadbugs which are anti-extension and unilateral exercises like farmer walks and suitcase carries are awesome. You got to challenge the core with enough intensity and with exercises that are challenging and that progressively overload your body and more specifically your core.
