Every single student who attended my class learning the Easiflowerpaste (a self-invented new medium making edible flowers) fell in love with it. It is so easy to make and can be rolled out super thin and very flexible. It dries slower than gumpaste, that means you have more time to play with the petals. More importantly, the paste can stand up in very humid environment. #Repost @pushface (@get_repost) ・・・ Viola is my love at first sight , attempting to make it so many times but not good enough until I have found the Easipaste...the petals get more life and become more natural. Thanks to Wendy @wendy_sugarcraft who invented it, Easipaste recipe makes my life much easier. Now the ingredients, while very easy to mix, can be rolled out extremely thin and flexible. Splendid scrollwork, pressure piped cherubs and fine stringwork were used in this cake. Some of the scrollwork were painted with antique gold dust to give it a highlight. A pressure-piping tutorial for creating a cute cherub was also featured at the magazine.
