My hubby [& he actually did get a little help from me right @chris_robertson0917 ] has been working so hard getting out yard & pool ready for the summer! Can’t wait!
Bring on the warmer weather!

And 2 hours later I’m STILL sweating from Cyclebar!
I know everyone knows I frequent this place and love the workouts, but I’m not sure if I’ve ever shared how this all came about and why this place means so much to me.
I actually attended the very first @yeahthatcyclebar class on opening day, and genuinely liked it, but was used to my barre/Pilates routines and only randomly visited.
Then I broke my shoulder. And I depend on my workouts the way most people depend on coffee. Physical fitness is extremely important, but my workouts are also the only thing that keeps both my ADHD and stress levels in check.
I kind of temporarily lost my shit, had surgery, and was back at cyclebar literally a week to the day post op. I couldn’t do my usual planks or push ups for months. Using my right arm to even adjust myself in a chair hurt - but I could still ride.
Cyclebar became my safe haven. My much needed endorphin dump and the place where I re-centered. No matter how stressed I felt on the inside, I was always greeted with a smile and encouraged by the instructors. Still am.
If you’re looking for your own safe haven, or if you’ve just been thinking about giving it a try, come join us. Your first ride is always free!
