This mama is wiped out so a dino cobb salad was the best that I could do tonight. By Friday, I am not feeling very creative in the kitchen & usually don’t feel like cooking. First off - THANK YOU for all your comments to yesterday’s post - I was so overwhelmed with love and support. Every like and comment I took as a virtual hug and it kept me strong all day. My coping mechanism is to run to shitty food and alcohol. But yesterday I vowed not to do that - to not do what is comfortable which is to fall into my old habits. I ended my day with 24 points and spent an hour and ten minutes at the gym. I’m taking it a day at a time, but since hitting the reset button hard on July 6, I’ve lost 6.5 pounds. Basically just following the @WW program and not letting the weekend be my week end. Love you
