Because it’s Face to Face Friday & this is fun.... . 1st picture - Age 29 - a couple months before I tried my first yoga class. Mostly a standard American diet & was going to weight watchers to lose some of the 75 pounds I gained in my pregnancy. . 2nd photo - Age 39 - Yoga teacher and daily meditator. Protein and fat based diet (works better for me!). Much much happier ❤️❤️❤️ . Also - can you believe how much my girl has grown!

I’ve made some changes which include dropping most of my supplements- quitting the gym and not going to yoga at 5am. . I’m learning as I inch towards 40 that sometimes less is more. .
