You could do a lot in 15-20 minutes. You could have a shower, you could browse through social media while sipping a coffee, you could wash the dishes, or you could do a workout. You can even make it a habit and reserve 20 minutes each morning at certain time for your training. So why don’t you? It’s not because you’re missing motivation. You’re missing clarity. You’re not clear who you want to be, and how you want to feel and why. Homework: Write down who do you want to be in a year from now. Describe yourself. Is being super fit, strong, confident, and disciplined in your description? Now write down at least 20 reasons why you want to workout. And the last thing, make a list of 20 negative impacts that lack of exercise has or will have on you if you continue to procrastinate. Take 5 minutes every morning to read through your lists. Start with the negatives and listen to sad music while you do that. Adele might work :) then read the positive list and the description of yourself while listening to motivational music that makes you happy. Imagine yourself becoming the person you want to be. It’s a powerful mind exercise that can help you to get on track with your daily workouts. • • P.S.
