You have to come to the realization that we're all interconnected at some level. When you realize you're part of a bigger force (the ocean) and not the wave then you know you can't force nature to change its course. You just let things be. You don't cling. You don't hold on to egos or ideas of self. You live in the moment and because you're aware of all that's going on around you, you just naturally let things take its course. You observe your emotions as a passerby and don't cling. You absorbe everything without any condition. You let your energy flow, without imposing any mental blocks. It's really the best way to live in the present moment and let transformation take its course. You just be and do the best you can with every moment that is granted. "You learn to be in harmony with the cosmos and not the idea of self that society tries to impose on you". The you have to be this, or you have to be that. Those are just all mental blocks society tries to impose on you that can can affect the natural flow of your energy and cause it to go astray.

Should I go back to the Algarve this summer There was a storm while we were there and the waves were so huge we had to run back from this spot before there was no beach left!
