Sixpack-Routine • • Da mich fast täglich Leute anschreiben und wissen wollen wie ich so einen Sixpack bekommen habe, werde ich jetzt die wichtigsten Punkte zusammenfassen... • • 1. Nutrition - Das wichtigste um einen top Core aufzubauen ist - die ERNÄHRUNG! Wenn dein Körperfettanteil irgendwo über 15% liegt, ist es schlicht und einfach unmöglich einen Sixpack zu haben, auch wenn deine Bauchmuskeln noch so gut trainiert sind. • 2. Consistancy and dedication - ich selbst trainiere meine Bauchmuskeln ca. 3 mal pro Woche, wobei jede Einheit aus mindestens 6 Übungen zu je 3 Sätzen besteht und das schon seit Jahren! Ein sporadisches Bauchworkout, welches am Ende einer Trainingseinheit angehängt wird und aus nur 2-3 Übungen besteht, wie es viele praktizieren, ist nun einmal zu wenig. Trainiert eure Abs mit gleicher Intensität und Volumen wie ihr euren Bizeps trainiert - der Erfolg wird nicht lange auf sich warten lassen! • 3. Variability - Die Bauchmuskulatur gehören zu den Muskeln die sich am schnellsten regenerieren bzw. sich am schnellsten an einen Reiz anpassen. Deshalb variiere ich ständig die Übung, um immer wieder andere Reize zu setzen.⌛ • • 4. Anatomy - Bauchmuskeln setzen sich aus drei Anteilen zusammen und zwar, dem Oberen, dem Unteren und dem Seitlichen. Darum sollte dein Workout auch diese 3 Bereiche abdecken! Calories from fats or from carbs, does it really matter? When it comes down to weight management the discussion about how you should divide your macros from fats to carbs is a popular topic, but in fact: it doesn’t really matter that much! As long as you’re taking in a healthy amount of fat (minimum of 20% of your total caloric intake) + enough carbs and an adequate amount of protein you are basically set! But there is a twist : most recent studies have shown that a higher fat intake = more beneficial for performance in women‍♀️ due to their hormonal balance. •• I always recommend that you’re flexible with your intake in this. I myself somehow can’t handle a high fat intake (30%+) during a deficit and my performance is better with a higher carb intake, but due to some food choices I like to make from time to time, my fats will surpass it’s goal. Which doesn’t matter because I simply subtract the calories from this from the carbs. This is what flexible dieting means ✌
