Been doing rehab and working on my back injury. Getting a bunch of school work and assignments done. Very productive. Slowly progressing back into training which feels amazing and working on new skills. Pumped to see what’s next!

One year ago I broke my leg while doing the thing I love most in the world. Today, I unintentionally planned an entire day on roller skates. Bodies are incredible things, but souls are even more so. I feel whole when I’m on eight wheels. Patting myself on the back for overcoming the hardest thing that’s ever happened to me, and finding my way back to what ignites happiness in my soul.☀️

My soul is happy today because I graduated from walk/jogs to a 4 mile run, and it was completely pain free the entire time! Plus I got to wear my super cute new @runinrabbit tank.
