Happy Sunday everyone!!! Sorry this picture is a little blurry. My camera was acting up on me and this was taken in the last sliver of light, so here is the result . ‍♂️‍♀️ QOTD: have you read the Vampire Academy series? Do you want to? ‍♀️‍♂️ AOTD: I’m hoping to get the boxed set on my birthday, because I REALLY want to start this series. I’ve heard nothing but great things . Plus, the new covers look amazing in their color palette aesthetic, so they would also look great for pictures . The basing of this world with an order of bad and good vampires is really fascinating to think about, and how there’s an actual school that I feel is like Professor X’s school because I know the good vampires are the ones that have elemental powers (correct me if I’m wrong) and they’re there for of course the school learning but also I think training too; because like duh you have teenage vampires with raging hormones, of course they need to control their magic . And to see that there are half-human/half-vampire guardians, especially with the main character, I need all the good world building I can get because I’m so hooked to read it. PLUS, if I get it on my birthday, I’m definitely going to start reading the series after I finish An Ember in the Ashes . ‍♂️‍♀️ So I watched Endgame on Friday, and boy oh boy did that ending WRECK ME!!!! I can’t believe this amazing series has finally come to a conclusion, like it feels too surreal to actually be a fact that the Avengers are finally over, or at least for a while . I even remember when the first Iron Man movie came out and I went to see it with my dad, and I was probably like 8 or 9 years old at the time, like I feel old now . If you haven’t watched Endgame, WATCH IT! And if you’re already planning and set on watching it soon, avoid the spoilers; everyone right now is spoiling, ESPECIALLY on Facebook, like damn, people need to keep their lips closed . ‍♀️‍♂️ READING UPDATE: I’m 42 pages into A Conjuring of Light and it’s starting out great!!!! I can’t wait to see how this series closes, it’s just soooo good!!! ‍♂️‍♀️ Have a great day everyone!
