Localizada em Espírito Santo do Pinhal, na Serra da Mantiqueira, utiliza a técnica da poda invertida para colher as uvas no inverno (estratégia chamada de “transferência de safra”). . O “Vista da Serra 2014” é um Syrah proveniente do vinhedo de mesmo nome, à 1220m de altitude. As uvas são colhidas manualmente e o vinho estagia 20 meses em barricas de carvalho francês. . Na taça tem coloração rubi de intensidade alta. Exala aromas de fruta negra madura, pimenta-do-reino e madeira, e um toque de chocolate amargo após algum tempo. Na boca tem corpo médio-alto e acidez média+. Os taninos, moderados, são macios e de excelente qualidade. Sabores de fruta e pimenta, com alguma mineralidade e boa persistência. . Um excelente vinho, na minha opinião. Tem estrutura para mais alguns anos de guarda e deve ficar ainda mais equilibrado com o tempo. Bernard Remy is a small, family run Champagne house founded by Bernard Remy in 1968, when he acquired his first vineyard.
