I really do love living in DC (although I don’t love the COST of living in DC)...but some days, I just really miss Pittsburgh. In Bloom ABV 6,5% IBU 35 Milkshake IPA Пивоварня: @bakuninbrewery Манговый милкшейк от Бакунина. Сочное, я бы даже сказал тяжелое тело с сочным вкусом в начале, но абсолютно не оставляющим никакого остатка послевкусием. Почти никакой карбонизации. Манго чувствуется в начале, но опять же, каким то джемом или компотом. Похоже, в пиве дрожжи отчётливее передают аромат манго, чем само манго))) а вы пили хорошие манговые милкшейки? The End of an Era. After 25 years The Manor closes their doors tonight.

Yesterday was decision day @hanscraftco released two juicy IPAs called "Split Decision" that only differ from the hops used. So it's "Hallertau Style" versus "Yakima Style". The first is hopped with Bavarian hops Hallertauer Blanc, Huell Melon and Cascade and the other with the American hops Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra. Both are really juicy and tasty... with such a high drinkability they were perfect companions on a sunny afternoon in the park I think it's hard to decide on which one's the better one but if I must... Liking my chances this Sunday night of having myself a good old time! @greatlakesbeer brings back a favourite of myself and a whole lot of other people with the 6.5%, 65 IBU Meanwhile...Down in Moxee American IPA. It will be returning to LCBO shelves in the tall boy format and still runs a loop as a helluva fun beer to pour any day of the week. Hazy and orange in colour with the signature thick and lacing white head GLB does oh so well, it smells of peach, melon, pear and a touch of citrus. On the sip, a smooth and juicy peach, melon and pear front with a bit of sweet to go with a dry and softly bitter backend that lingers with more peach. Easy to get through a couple before you even realise the El Dorado has done you a solid punch with that ABV. Another beauty and I'm just fine with opening a couple of these as the night slides into the right and proper groove. Try to ignore the pure frustration in my eyes as I wrestle with this cork Literally I am the worst person at uncorking things. When I take off a bottle cap and see a cork underneath I know a battle is coming. Luckily this beer was worth the battle! Check out my stories for pics This is Little Daisies from @1840brewing in Milwaukee. It’s a farmhouse ale aged in red and white whine barrels. It’s a little funky, a little tart...definitely picked up the wine characteristics! Loving what 1840 has been putting out!
