Trentino, Cantina Franz Haas, una delle più famose per la produzione di Pinot nero in Italia..Bottiglie colorate, molte presentate con il tappo a vite ( strano eh..ma serve per non alterare alcuni sentori che potrebbero essere “modificati“ con l’utilizzo di un tappo in sughero come per es. la freschezza, la morbidezza e tutti quei sentori che rendono un vino giovane e vivo ) Nella foto il loro Pinot Nero, qualità..Tanta qualità. ——-> Sentori di un rosso in un corpo di un Bianco, credo che sia la definizione che meglio lo rappresenta. My first night in Verona had it all! Meeting my wine girl @cabernetlips after a year I spent living in New Zealand! We catch up about our lives, wine dreams, adventures of 2018! It's #winefactwednesday!! Has anybody ever heard of Nebbiolo? What about Barolo? These are actually one in the same! Located in the Piedmont region of Italy, Barolo and Barbaresco are both made from the Nebbiolo varietal. Nebbiolo is classically known for its unique combo of tar and roses aroma along with other floral and leather notes. Commonly considered the king of Nebbiolo, Barolo tends to be much bigger and more "masculine" than the more feminine Barbaresco even though the grapes are grown in neighboring towns! I tend to lean towards Barolo as my favorite, but I really enjoyed both of these bottles. There is not much fruit to either of these, so if that is your jam, you may not enjoy, but I encourage you to try at least once! I'm looking to check out some more Barolo/Barbaresco producers. We visited @piccoliwines, @damolivini_lara and had lunch at one of the best trattoria for handmade pasta in the world @trattoria_caprini, where we learned how to make Italian pasta!
