I value loyalty & truth over everything in life. Friendships, relationships, business, you name it ... #keepitreal 4. I own waaaaay too many red lipsticks. And funny enough, they’re almost all the same exact shade. Lol ‍♀️ 5. I’m a die hard Vol fan & cheered at @utknoxville for 4 years. Just a bleed orange kinda gal 6. I’m happiest when I’m surrounded by my family .. no matter where we are or what we’re doing. They’re my people. 7. I love writing. I connect with words more than anything else & think they can speak to us in such a special way .. this is one of the main things I love most about blogging! 8. I’m a go with the flow, “figure it out as you go”, never read the instruction manual kinda gal. ‍♀️ Possibly the farthest thing from a type A personality (& I know my sweet sister may be cringing right now as she reads this ) 9. I firmly believe that you can make anything happen in life if you want it bad enough. I’m not really good at taking “no” for an answer (& I’m still not sure if that’s a good or a bad thing ...) Among the people that know me, I'm the only fan of Björk. She is underrated, for sure, but maybe its not so bad, because only the chosen ones can fully enjoy the music. I sound like an elitist, don't I? Haha! Well, fuck it, maybe I am. You know, when somebody is really trying to act cool in front of me, they say that they like Björk, but don't know if that's a person or a band. Let’s get to know each other better!!! Here are 5 random facts about me— that you probably didn’t already know... or maybe you did. ‍♀️ . 1. Zach and I got married when I was 24 yrs old and he was 25 ((which is considered pretty young in NYC!)) and our wedding was exactly 1 year from our first “official” date! 2. I love being active! I grew up playing sports like t-ball ((LOL does that even count?)) and basketball, I took gymnastics, tap, jazz, + hip hop, and was a cheerleader for many years... and I wonder why it’s hard for me to sit still sometimes?! 3. I like the bright side☀️☀️☀️ I think it’s so important to focus on the good things in life and be grateful for your own unique journey and story. Even with all the mess + trials, it’s made you who you are today! 4. I am obsessed with watching Friends. Since we don’t have access to American Netflix in Bali, I watch Friends “episodes” on YouTube— and it’s actually just 5 min clips over and over from the best or most meaningful parts of each episode. True story— this is how desperate I get. 5. I care way more about living my life than about doing all the do’s and dont’s of Instagram. I love using this app for many reasons, but it definitely does not run my life— This space for me is all about connecting with you guys, sharing my life and experiences, and being creative and inspired! .
