We are heartbroken for this family and these two precious souls. We strongly suggest @emmalouskitchen and @honestkitchen. #standupforpits #dogfood repost from @bunz_and_nugz PLEASE READ IMPORTANT DOG FOOD INFO: This is a heartbreaking post to write but both Butterscotch and Nugget have been diagnosed with Nutritional Cardiomyopathy (a form of heart disease). Their cardiologist is confident that this was caused by feeding them #ACANA brand dog food. There is research done that shows that there is something in this food that is causing dogs not normally predisposed to heart issues to develop them when they eat this brand of food. The FDA is currently investigating the link between these grain free boutique dog foods and an increase in nutritional DCM (a google search can provide some recently published scientific studies) For both Bunz & Nugz to develop this at the same time is another sign that it is the food as they are not genetically related and pit bulls are not predisposed to this genetic disease. We want everyone to be aware that this food is causing these issues and if you are feeding your pet this food to please change ASAP. We are making it our mission to get this word out to the public so please repost or send along any ways you can think of to get this info out there. We have since changed their food and they are both doing better - they are receiving the best care from great doctors and we are hopeful that they can both beat this now that we know the culprit. Ľudia, som normálne happy! Som si hovorila, keď toto vyjde...budem najšťastnejšia na svete! Už sa k vám muselo dostať, že tento rok, som dostala možnosť vybrať si útulok, ktorému poputuje 400kg granuliek od @webermlynsk . Pýtala som sa vás aj tu, aj na FB, pretože som sa nedokázala rozhodnúť na základe čoho, by mali ísť granulky zrovna Tam. Každý jeden útulok potrebuje podporu a rozhodnutie to bolo ťažké. Tak mi napadlo, zapojiť do toho niekoho ďalšieho, nech mi s tým pomôže. Už dlhšie som pozorovala, že @patrabene sa zaujíma aj o túto oblasť, tak som ju skúsila osloviť. Paťka v tom mala jasno hneď a to, ako sa z toho tešila ma utvrdilo, že ona je tá správna osôbka ❤️ Vymyslela, že z toho bude prekvapko.A video už je na svete (link v bio) Som nesmierne rada, že to vyšlo! Кот - веган ⠀ Да не, он просто всеядный) ⠀ Сааамый популярный вопрос - корм еда питание КОРМ КОРМ КОРМ. Отвечаю: ⠀ Сухой корм - Акана. Влажный корм - Грандорф. ⠀ В течение дня сухой, а вечером, когда садимся ужинать, мы даём коту баночку божественно вкусной консервы, за которую он готов отдать все свои игрушки. ⠀ Иногда ему перепадает творожок, чуть-чуть, то количество, которое остается на фольге-крышке. Реже - морковка/перчик/яблоко. А еще реже ему удаётся лизнуть оливку или манго (манго и нам удаётся редко лизнуть) Вода стоит отдельно от корма. Корм - на полу, вода - на столе. Котаны в природе не едят там, где пьют. Причём воду наливаем в миску и в стакан, он сам выбирает откуда пить, чередует их.
