These are some toners that I’ve been rotating, except for @e.acwell toner, I use that every single day! This toner is my ride or die!!! . I’ve talked about the @ecoyourskin Layering Essence a while ago on my previous posts and story, my opinions stayed the same. I like it and would like to try their other variants~ . This is my first time trying out @whamisaskincare product. I’ve heard mixed review regarding their toner and I received this from my sister cause apparently her skin doesn’t like fermented ingredients. So far, I enjoyed using it but I think this would be more suitable in colder months. I could still use it in warmer months but if I layer it, it would be a bit too much for my oily skin. I didn’t get any bad reactions from it and fingers crossed it won’t happen. . I am a HUGE FAN of @klairs.global original toner that I feel the need to try out this unscented version. I think they work similar on my skin, no bad reactions and quite hydrating but I missed the slight cooling effect and the scent from the original version. Was it just me? Lemme know what you think between the original and unscented toner if you’ve tried them. . Toner is one of my fave skincare step fo sure and I like 7 skin method (well, I don’t always do 7 skin but at least 3 skin). How about you? Do you use toner? Do you like layering them? The good folks at @macqueza sent me some Acwell and Giverny products to try. I’m glad they did so! I’ve stopped applying make up except on special occasions, and most of my cosmetics have expired. @acwell_official combines Korean medicinal ingredients with modern technology. Their products are free from parabens, artificial dye and mineral oil. The Acwell AC Return Toning Pad comes with embossed and smooth sides. The embossed side clears dead skin cells accumulated in pores while the smooth side soothes and moisturizes the skin. The main ingredient centella asiatica extract helps treat acne scars. Despite having the exfoliation side, it is suitable for sensitive and flaky skin. My skin has become very sensitive after pregnancy and it doesn’t sting my skin. @giverny_korea products contains ingredients from flowers of the Giverny Garden where Monet found inspiration. The ingredients are processed using high pressure techniques to maintain their effectiveness. Using products that are as natural as possible is really important to me since Baby Ash’s favourite activity is to rub her face against my face and lips whenever I carry her. I‘m using the Giverny Milchak Cover Cushion in Petal Beige. My cheekbone freckles could still be seen (pic 8-10) so I’ve to pat on some concealer (pic 7) but overall, it has a natural coverage that’s good enough. As for lips, I’m using the Giverny All Day Velvet Lip Mousse in Nobel Berry shade. It is the type of bold colour that I’ve been wanting to try. I’ve not seen myself in such lip colours except during Halloween and I love this look. If you’re into Korean skincare products and make up, @macqueza is a great platform to get them.
