TIP OF THE DAY: Are you working on double or triple loop? Do you have trouble staying on top of your right side during the jump? Here is the perfect exercise for you! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Glide on a back outside edge on the circle with your left foot in front and keep your arms on top of the circle. Then pull your arms and ankles into air position to test your balance. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. Once you can maintain a steady edge that traces the circle, then pump into 2 strong back outside 3-turns that mimics the loop air position. Remember to keep your head still while looking into the circle. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. TIP OF THE DAY: Are you learning the loop jump? Here are my go to steps for beginners: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Start on the wall and do a right inside 3-turn. Your right arm should be in front on the inside edge and when you turn onto your outside edge, your left arm becomes the leader. Keep your thighs together on the outside edge with your foot in front to prepare for the jump. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. Ride the outside edge until you turn your toe forward to push off for the the loop jump. Make sure you point your right toe and lock your knee when you vault into the air. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. Make sure your arms stay checked with your right arm back and left arm in front. When you push off the toe, your hands snap together to create a circle. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4.
