The person behind the camera (and business)...that’s me! I’m Alexis, the owner of Alexis Fatalsky Photography. I’m usually a behind the scenes girl and don’t really like doing the selfie thing, but here we are. I’m a super introverted photographer and over the past 4 years, I have had the pleasure of working with clients who have challenged the very limits of what I thought I was capable of. Of course, I love that my clients keep me in business. I love that they recommend me to their friends and colleagues, but what I love the very most about them is that they consistently broaden my horizons and entrust me to do what I love. I think it’s really important for people to understand that photography is an art. It’s not just “clicking a button”. Within the past 2 years now, I have met a lot of creative souls who have really pushed me further and further along in my shooting, lighting, and editing skills. Photography // coffee in bed, in the warm would have been great this morning but instead I thought “today is going to be so productive” so I got up early, went to the gym, took Apollo for a walk, got a coffee. (All pretty positive right?) and then I went to open the door and get stuck into work only to realise... the keys are on the kitchen bench clearly not nailing it as much as I thought I was haha anyway after a little trip with Uber up to get spare keys we are finally back inside, in the warm, so take 2 on the productive day begins ✨ Image captured on our recent stay @elizaleeone where coffee in bed is a real thing (a real necesssary thing when you’re staying in the snow!)

Happy to announce I’ve started working with @airbnb, traveling to homes around the valley to create stunning images of interiors and architecture involved with their new Plus program. Super excited to be pursuing this work as a new direction for my art and I plan to share a lot of it moving forward. This one was taken at a 50’s retro-inspired Airbnb in Old Town Scottsdale.
