Here are few of my favorite pictures of apron-dresses we made in collaboration with @lyoclothes These photos made by me and girls on photos are my friends I love how pictures turned out, it's exactly what I wanted to achieve. We took photos in my favorite forest which is located near my home. I haven't shown most of the pictures yet, but aprons are almost sold out now!Only two black fern aprons are left. We will make more mushroom apron as soon as possible, and we want to make a dress with this pattern. And skirts. And more black dresses, because yesterday I learned that you guys prefer dark colors. I'm happy to share my collaboration with Olya and her small local brand @lyoclothes . We created 5 different dresses, it is possible to see all in Olya's shop at Lyoclothes.etsy.com (active link is temporary in my bio). Patterns are drawn by me, dresses designed by Olya. And I think Olya made something directly from some modern fairytale - whimsical, dreamy, romantic yet very comfortable. Perfect for mori girls, nature-lovers and urban witches All the dresses are made from 100% Viscose (rayon) - it's very soft natural fabric which drapes beautifully. Size guidance is given on Etsy. All dresses are handmade, sewn locally. Due to the nature of a small brand, we have a very limited amount of dresses at this moment! Most of the dresses were made in 5 copies. If you want to purchase a dress - it is possible to make via Etsy with free shipping. On these photos, you can see the mushroom apron-dress. The color of this dress is very complex - it's light-green-ashes hue. Depending on the light it may look almost sage green or bluish gray. It's probably my favorite dress because it's possible to mix with different clothes and create a lot of interesting combinations. And it's with mushrooms and even with a #birdsnestfungi! I am very happy with this collaboration! A few words of sentiment: I love to create some sort of magical world to escape from reality. The place of enchantments, harmony between humans and nature, something from childhood memories, when the magic lived in everyday life. Usually, I just draw it,but now I have a very special feeling that something from that world came to reality. Not something big - just dresses, but they are directly from my dreams! I and Olya want to make more dresses because 5 copies of each design definitely are not enough. But it will take time. It will be really helpful if you share your thoughts about designs and patterns. For me, beauty is the main principle of the world, the cosmic harmony, where micro and macrocosm are connected by the same mathematical and aesthetic rules. I added some new designs to my society6 store. (It means I draw a lot of different mushrooms again) This time I tried to design each item specifically for the purpose - it was interesting to try itI think "field notes" notebooks turned to be nice and I like how the travel mug looks like. Please swipe if you want to see it. I draw not scientifically accurate but all mushrooms are possible to identify (tested on my friend mycologist) except for the one imagined mushroom.
